6. Institutional Accounts
Educational institutions (“Institutions”) may create institutional accounts. Administrators acting on behalf of an Institution represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind the Institution to these Terms. Institutions are responsible for managing the access and data of their affiliated users.

You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or institutional policies.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NextGen Education. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
